Repair Cafe Registration Form
Bring your broken household items to the library to be repaired by HPL's volunteer fixers. Learn new skills, promote sustainability and build community.

Please note there is no guarantee items can be fixed. Things that cannot be fixed include:
- Major alterations to clothes, broken zippers
- Gas-powered machinery (chainsaws, lawnmowers, snow blowers)
- Items containing hazardous waste (gas, oil, chemicals, pesticides, asbestos, etc.)
- Large kitchen appliances
- Unsanitary items (items containing dust, grime, food, insects, etc.)
- Items requiring “hot work” repair (soldering, welding, cutting, sanding, grinding.)
- Items that are leaking.
- Items with a strong odour.
Due to limited availability, registration is required. You must select two (2) times that work for you. Please arrive 10 minutes before your time slot.
