Printing is available at Ancaster, Barton, Central, Concession, Dundas, Locke, Kenilworth, Mount Hope, Parkdale, Saltfeet, Sherwood, Stoney Creek, Terryberry, Turner Park, Valley Park, Waterdown, and Westdale branches.
Photocopying is available at all branches except for Central Library and the Terryberry, Concession, and Dundas branches. Scanning is not yet available.
Computers are available at Central Library, and the Barton, Red Hill, Sherwood, and Turner Park Branches.

Thanksgiving Closure - All Branches

All Branches are closed on Sunday, October 13, and Thanksgiving Monday, October 14. Bookmobile, Extended Access, and Study Hall services are not available. Regular service hours resume on Tuesday, October 15. Our Virtual Branch is open at hpl.ca.

The Locke Branch is the oldest of the all branches of the Hamilton Public Library system. It was opened on February 2, 1925 and has remained in the same location since then.

The branch offers materials for children, teens and adults as well as programming for children and adults.
