Hamilton Public Library Board meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month (except July and August) and can be publicly viewed via livestream using the corresponding event links in the schedule below. Links are posted at the time of each meeting. All public meetings are virtual until further notice.
To speak to the Board about an upcoming agenda item, submit a request at least three working days before the Board meeting. Requests to speak should be made to HPL’s Senior Leadership Support Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org to register. Meeting attendees must follow HPL’s Member and Service Commitment policy. Board meetings are recorded.
