Board Meetings, Agendas and Minutes

Hamilton Public Library Board meetings are typically held on the third Wednesday of each month (except July and August) and are open to the public. They can also be publicly viewed via livestream using the corresponding event links in the schedule below. Links are posted at the time of each meeting. Board meetings are recorded. 

Note: The Nominations Committee meeting that took place on February 8, 2024 at 4PM was not recorded due to technological issues. Minutes for the meeting will be provided once approved by the Library Board. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Members of the public wishing to make a verbal or written delegation to the Library Board should contact the Board Secretary in writing seven (7) days in advance of the meeting using the contact information below. Meeting attendees must follow HPL’s Member and Service Commitment Policy
