Explore our Collections

The 2026 Seniors Month theme is Let's Get Moving. Take a moment and browse materials in the catalogue.

Programs and Events

Browse older adult programming in HPL's 23 branches. Whether you are looking for ways to move, take care of your health and wellness,  learn tech skills or ways to explore your creative side, we’ve got you covered.

Services for Seniors

HPL’s Home Library Service provides library materials to Hamilton residents unable to get to a branch or Bookmobile site.

Check out a memory bag, a collection of books, games and photographs designed to encourage conversations and reminiscing.

Nominate a Senior

Nominations for City of Hamilton’s 29th Senior of the Year Awards close on June 30. Nominate an older adult you know who has made outstanding voluntary contribution to enrich the social, cultural or civic life of our community.
