Internet outage at Lynden Branch
The internet at Lynden Branch is not working. We aim to have it fixed quickly.
The parking lot elevator at Terryberry Branch is not working. Members will need to use the accessible ramp at the Mohawk entrance and the inner elevator. We're working to get it fixed quickly.
Please note that the audio volume levels on our public computers are having issues. The estimated time of disruption is unknown at this time. Thank you for your patience.

Mount Hope Branch Accessibile Ramp Not Available
The accessibility ramp at Mount Hope Branch is damaged. The handrail is not available. The ramp will not be available while being repaired. We aim to fix it quickly.

Yes. If you don’t have the HPL app, now is a good time to get it because it’s been redesigned to look and work great.
It launched Monday September 27.

The icons on the top navigation bar appear on most pages of the app: view system messages, access your digital library card and account settings.
The icons on the bottom navigation bar take users to: Home, My Borrowing, Search, My Shelves, and Locations

Improved Search and Filters
New Locations section: see all library locations and whether or not they are open.
Check your device settings. Go to the App Store in Settings and if Automatic App Updates are turned on, it should update for you on its own. If not, you can download the update in Available Updates. You can also delete your old version of the HPL App and install the new version.
iPhone and Android smartphones.
It does not currently support the iPad app but it can be used on an iPad through compatibility mode.
