The City of Hamilton intends to designate 103 Kenilworth Avenue North, Hamilton (Kenilworth Branch), under Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act, as being a property of cultural heritage value.
The by-law recommendation to designate the Kenilworth Branch as a Heritage-protected property went to Hamilton City Council on September 9, and the Intention to Designate Notice, opens a new window is now live on the website. The first 30-day appeal period will end on November 6.
