The Waterdown Branch was established in 1966 and relocated in 1979. The building was built in 1857 and served as the municipal offices of the Township of East Flamborough for over 100 years. It is designated as a building of Historical and Architectural value under the Ontario Heritage Act. Construction is underway for the new Waterdown Library and Flamborough Seniors Recreation Centre, set to open in mid-2015.
The branch offers materials for children, teens and adults, as well as programming for children and adults.
