Established by the League of Canadian Poets in April 1998, National Poetry Month brings together schools, publishers, booksellers, literary organizations, libraries and poets across the country to celebrate poetry and its vital place in Canada’s culture

Celebrate with our 2nd annual Lug Nut Lottery Week. Every time the Bookmobile parks at a neighbourhood stop from April 14 - 24, the name on the lug nut at the the top of the wheel will be recorded. The stop with the highest count will win a pizza party.
If you have any photos of other bookmobiles from your travels, bring it to your neighbourhood stop to add to our photo display.
